Matt Levy is the Founder & Principal of Third Rodeo Solutions. He has spent 29 years in the industry leading engineering teams at Zillow, DocuSign, Twilio, and BetterDoctor. His work spans Platform Engineering, SRE, Resilience Engineering, and Agentic Enablement.

He has been practicing Resilience Engineering since before the SRE book existed, building incident response organizations from scratch and driving DORA metrics adoption across hundreds of teams.

He founded Third Rodeo to bring hard-earned experience to engineering teams that need it most.
